Ball Cleaning System

The ball cleaning system consists of a support net with a large net light, installed under the sieving net. The balls are placed between the two nets. The beating action of the balls on the filtering net allows to eliminate the occlusion of the holes of the net, due to the stagnation of the product on the screening surface. Both kleener and balls are available in different materials depending on the temperature and the chemical and physical characteristics of the product. For food or pharmaceutical products, where FDA certification is necessary, we suggest the use of certified silicone balls.
