CIP Washing System

This is why Vibrowest has developed a CIP (Clean-In-Place) washing system, designed to ensure quick, deep and automated cleaning of the vibrating screeners and sieves, without the need to disassemble the equipment.
The CIP system allows to remove product residues, fine dust and contaminants in a controlled and repeatable way, drastically reducing machine downtime and improving the overall productivity of the plant. It is the ideal solution for the food, pharmaceutical, chemical and cosmetic sectors, where frequent and certifiable cleaning is an essential requirement.
Thanks to integrated nozzles and a closed washing circuit, the CIP system distributes the cleaning liquid evenly on all the internal surfaces of the sieve, reaching even the most difficult points. The process can be fully automated and integrated into the plant’s control systems, ensuring traceability and compliance with hygiene and health regulations.
