Each material has its own characteristics, each process has its own needs. This is why at Vibrowest we have created an internal testing laboratory dedicated to supporting our customers in choosing the most effective solution for their applications.
In our laboratory, equipped with our complete range of vibrating screeners, sieves and separation systems, we carry out practical tests on real samples provided by our customers. This allows us to simulate the actual operating conditions and to accurately assess the performance of our machines based on the type of material, the particle size, the hourly flow rates requested by the customer as well as the humidity and other critical parameters.
Our technical team works closely with the customer during each phase of the test, offering personalised advice and detailed reports with the results obtained. We have one goal: to ensure that the proposed solution is perfectly calibrated to the customer’s production needs, even before installation.
