EVS Elevator spiral track
The EVS series elevator spiral track is essential in the transport of all materials that need to be conveyed in height, cooled and/or heated. Major applications include plastics and the food industry.
Operation
The construction of the equipment consists of a constant pitch helical track, housed and fixed on a central support tube generally made of AISI 304 stainless steel. The transport of materials uphill takes place through a movement produced by unbalanced motors that generate an oscillating thrust, with controlled amplitudes and frequencies. The correct calibration of the motors and the robust construction of the machine means that the material can be transported with a constant layer and that it can remain so throughout the journey, until the final discharge. This peculiarity ensures that the transported material maintains a uniform and homogeneous status distributed over the entire width of the transport track, ensuring, where necessary, proper cooling or heating.

Spiral cooling system, ideal for materials such as PA-PA6-PA66-PA12, sensitive to residual moisture after under-water cutting, O-RINGS and thermoplastic noodles. Coupling this machine to a vibrating screener can guarantee a residual humidity of 0.01%. The Vibrowest vibrating spiral is produced with a new double edged circular bottom system that guarantees a long life even with the most abrasive materials such as fiberglass. The spiral can be equipped with a fan that distributes air at room temperature. If necessary, a hot or cold air generator can be combined with it.
