The Vibrowest Ultrasonic 3.0 system allows to separate very light and difficult to sift powders using extremely fine nets with net light between 0.25 mm and 0.025 mm (25 microns). Some types of powder, due to their granulometry and particular physical characteristics, cannot be effectively separated with the mere mechanical movement of the vibrating screener, thus making an ultrasonic screening procedure necessary.

Vibrowest Ultrasonic 3.0 is the latest evolution of the ultrasonic system entirely designed and built by Vibrowest. The system, thanks to the application of an ultrasonic frequency that acts directly on the wire of the network, solves the problem of sieving very fine particle size powders, avoiding clogging of the mesh of the network.
