It is the perfect solution for applications in the mining, food, chemical, plastic and agricultural sectors, where accurate, but not aggressive, separation of powders, granules or fragile products is required.
Operation
The rotational rectangular screener avails itself of a three-dimensional oscillatory movement generated by an adjustable counterweight system. This movement advances the material along the screener surface in a uniform and controlled manner, allowing effective separation based on particle size.
The product is fed into the upper part of the screener and, thanks to the inclination and rotary vibration, is distributed along the entire surface of the net. The finer particles pass through the screening network and are discharged into the discharge hopper below, while the larger ones continue towards the upper discharge.
