Vibrating Screens for Classification

The circular vibrating screener, MR model, is used for the separation, classification, control and dust removal ofpowders with particle sizes up to 25 microns and liquids. Easy to install, it allows to get up to 5 different separations, has an extremely robust construction and easy to disassemble for cleaning.

Operation

The movement of the MR circular screener develops both horizontally and vertically and is adjustable in both directions, in order to optimise the sieving for each type of product. The vibration is caused by the counterweights placed on the flywheels at the upper and lower end of the crankshaft. The unbalance of the upper flywheel determines the horizontal vibration, which allows the product to move from the centre to the edge of the network. The unbalance of the lower flywheel acts by triggering the vertical and tangential vibration. The different positioning of the counterweights on the flywheels allows to change the vibration and, therefore, to find the best vibration for each product.
