Rectangular Screener

The need to cool the material to reduce temperature problems during bagging has led to an evolution of the VRU model, which, in addition to having the same advantages for both separation and easy cleaning, is able to cool and/or condition the material by means of a fan. The machine, being installed on elastic elements such as Rosta, is very quiet.

Operation

The product is introduced into the rectangular vibrating screener through the most classic industrial feeding systems. Thanks to the combination of the horizontal and vertical movement caused by the eccentric masses present inside the vibrating motions, the product is simultaneously transported and separated from the screening surface, until it is directed towards the dedicated discharge ports. Depending on the needs, it is possible to design and build the rectangular screener/vibrating sieve for screening and transport or vibrating feeders/extractors for the transport and conveying of the material only.
