Rectangular Screener

The VRU model rectangular screener is used for screening, grading and dedusting of dry, powder or granular products.

The vibrating sieve is designed and built according to the customer’s needs and the technical specifications of the system in which it is meant to be installed.

This type of vibrating screener is widely used in the food industry and in the recycling industry for the screening of food and the transport of plastics such as plastic granules and plastic powders.

Operation

The product is introduced into the rectangular vibrating screener through the most classic industrial feeding systems. Thanks to the combination of the horizontal and vertical movement caused by the eccentric masses present inside the vibrating motions, the product is simultaneously transported and separated from the screening surface, until it is directed towards the dedicated discharge ports. Depending on the needs, it is possible to design and build the rectangular screener/vibrating

sieve for screening and transport or vibrating feeders/extractors for the transport and conveying of the material only.
